Walk-ins are always welcome at Sunjara Salon + Spa. However, to ensure your desired salon/spa appointment, date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon. If you find yourself in the mood for an additional service while at Sunjara, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
For groups of three or more and for spa services (e.g., massages and facials), we kindly ask that appointments be reserved with a credit card. If appointments are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, 50% of each service scheduled at the missed appointment time will be charged to your credit card.
To assure timely and stress-free check-in to all our clients, we ask you to kindly check-in five minutes prior to the start of any appointment. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.
Please alert your reservationist if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, have high blood pressure, are diabetic, have had recent laser or plastic surgery, or are using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, or any skin care prescription, so we can check for contraindications. Sunjara Salon + Spa is a non-smoking environment.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if they believe it is in your best interest.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For spa services (e.g., massages and facials) and groups of three or more, we ask that appointments be reserved with a credit card. Failure to cancel or reschedule a spa service or group appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge for the services scheduled at the missed appointment time. Massage, Eyelash Lift & Tint, Electrolysis, Dermatude Treatments and spa parties of three or more require a credit card to hold reservations.
Sunjara Salon + Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment.
